Our History
Spike For Life began as a simple idea to raise money to fund cancer research through the upcoming sport that is roundnet. The idea to raise money for cancer arose after JP's mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. He knew that he wanted to do something to help those who are affected by cancer. He knew that supporting cancer research should be enjoyable for those that want to support rather than simply clicking a donate button. Although Spike For Life is small, our vision to aid in the elimination of cancer is large.

Founder
Hello, my name is JP Collins and I am the founder of Spike For Life. I am one of the members of the spikeball team Beast Coast and I love the game of roundnet. I am a college student at the University of Maryland pursuing my degree in Kinesiology. My inspiration behind starting Spike For Life was the combination of my love for athletics, the body, and my mother. The ultimate inspiration has been my mother's previous diagnosis of breast cancer. This organization is dedicated to her.
